恶劣天气下,管制员与飞行员互怼

1. Controller: Shamrock 104 heavy, turn left heading 100.

管制员意图,起飞后左转,飞GREKI定位点,然后拜拜

2. Pilot: OK, sir, we've got a cell. We can't take that heading.

cell: 雷暴单体

我们雷达上显示有雷暴,不能飞这个航向。

3. Controller: Shamrock 104 heavy, why not? How far can you go on runway heading?

当时终端区大部分被雷雨覆盖,运行非常复杂,一旦飞机偏离路线,估计牵一发而动全身

Shamrock 104重型,这个航向为什么不行?跑道航向你还要保持多久?

4. Controller: Shamrock 104 heavy, it's light. I have 6 categories of weather here, and it's the lightest category. I've had no adverse ride report south of the airport for 10 miles.

Shamrock 104重型,我这天气分为6级,这航向上是最轻一级。机场以南10海里没有收到颠簸报告。

言外之意,天气一点问题没有,你这不添乱吗?

5. Pilot: OK, sir, I can just go by the equipment I'm looking at, and we're showing a cell. I can take a left turn heading 200 or 210.

8. Pilot: Before I go, we didn't create any situation. We just flew the aircraft in a safe manner, and my boss will be in contact with your boss.

9. Controller: Shamrock 104 heavy, understood. I do understand and appreciate that. But again, you know, there's not much - you're at the runway and you've taken a clearance and accepted a departure clearance. You're seeing that weather straight ahead on the runway and everybody off that airport is turning left. I mean there's not too many options here in New York.

管制员有点语无伦次!

大意是你接受离场许可,却不按这个飞。别人都能左转,就你不行。之所以让你盘旋等待,是我没有太多选择。

10. Pilot: It's not my first day in New York. It's not my first day in an aircraft. I did what I had to do. Good day, 126.8.

你少来这套,我不是第一次来纽约,也不是第一天开飞机。我只是按规则办事!再见,126.8.

【背景】2018年7月22日,纽约恶劣天气,航班大量延误。进近管制员与飞行员突然吵起来。管制员认为飞行员故意添乱,飞行员认为管制员给自己穿小鞋,双方火星四射。通话流传到网上,又掀起一场更大的争论。

Precipitation in any form poses a threat to safety of flight. Often, precipitation is accompanied by low ceilings and reduced visibility. Aircraft that have ice, snow or frost on their surfaces must be carefully cleaned prior to beginning a flight because of the possible air flow disruption and loss of lift.
