precipitation降水,这个词外国人挺喜欢用,经常听到。有人嫌它长,简化成precip /pri'sip/
地面风还不小,而且正好顺风!
Southwest 278,伯班克塔台。中到强降水,覆盖整个机场。风260,9节,跑道08,可以落地。
